What a heat day. started off with my gym session, super fast workout, heart rate increase, body temp increase. Lookin into the mirror, i lost so much size. once a confident bodybuilder standin on the stage, now a body of an normal average guy. Haven really decided to return.
went for steamboat dinner at Joaquim. heat again..
Nice quiet place, unlike zheng fa, so nosiy and crowded. the food is soso onli la.
end the day with another heatest heat stuff, it reminds me of my of 15 yrs old time. Once a playful and curious boy. Been thru so much shitty n interesting stuff. it's oso a turnin pt of my life. lucky i still got a little bit of sense, i woke up and decide to end it, or i wld sae i'm afriad to be left out by the society if i cant achieve an academic cert. So ended up where i am now and i met a grp of fun lovin frends.
